Running What the Truck takes constant effort—coordinating vendors, payments, arrival times, permits, and event rules. Google and Meta ads can build on the strong Instagram community already in place. I can handle that work, from setting up the campaigns to managing them around each event, so the promotion gets the attention it needs without adding more to your day.
As we work together, we can find other ways I can make the day-to-day easier. Google and Meta ads give us a clear, practical place to start.
Your Instagram already brings the event to life. Google and Meta ads can build on that work, helping more local people discover it while they search nearby or make plans.
Dinner plans? Come hungry to Waikele. Local food, something sweet, and a Friday with your favorite people.
Build on the content you already have. Your event reels and vendor features are a strong starting point. I can adapt approved clips and photos for ads, with the next date and a clear way to plan a visit.
Sample previews, not live ads. You approve the creative, photo use, and budget before launch. Actual layouts vary. October 2 event details ↗
02 / A WEBSITE IDEA TO EXPLORE
Here’s what your website could look like.
I enjoy this work, and I had a few ideas for a refreshed What the Truck website. This mockup puts the next event, location, and directions up front—giving people a clear next step after seeing an ad.
The mockup is free to use, whether or not we do the pilot. Share it with your current designer; I’m happy to pass along the files and ideas.
As part of the three-month paid pilot, I can refresh and take over the website at no additional cost. Managing the site alongside the ads lets me keep the photos, event details, and links working together—from seeing an ad to planning a visit.
I know you’re happy with your current designer, so this is entirely optional. If you’d like me to take it on, I’ll coordinate the handoff directly with him, as I did for my family’s business. The ad service also works with your current website and designer.
I handle the promotion. You keep running the event.
We’ll start with Google and Meta ad management for What the Truck and your other events, planning around your calendar. We’ll focus the ad budget where it looks most useful, starting with one platform if that makes more sense than splitting it between both. The monthly service includes onboarding, account setup, ad creative, approved campaigns, event-listing updates, and follow-through. As we learn what’s most useful, we can agree on other ways I can help.
Before the event: I build on your event posts and approved photos or clips, then send a simple ad preview for approval.
Event week: I manage the approved campaigns, watch spending, and keep the details current.
Afterward: I send a short update on what ran, what it cost, and what comes next.
After three months, we’ll check in on what’s useful, what’s making things easier, and whether you’d like to continue. The check-in doesn’t trigger a price increase. No automatic renewal.
THE THREE-MONTH PILOT
$600 / month total · services + ad spend
My service fee
$500 / month
Starter ad budget
$100 / month
Try it for three months, billed monthly. The service fee includes onboarding, account setup, and ongoing management.
Optional website refresh and management during the pilot are included at no extra cost.
The $100 starter ad budget is part of the $600 monthly total, paid directly through your ad accounts. If results are encouraging, we can discuss increasing it—only with your approval.
04 / GETTING STARTED
A simple start. Then I handle the work.
I’ll ask for the access and decisions I need, one step at a time. Updates stay brief, and the details are always available when there’s a question.
01 / A QUICK CONVERSATION
Agree on a simple plan.
We choose the first events, priorities, and how to use the $100 monthly ad budget. I take care of organizing the work around that plan.
02 / I TAKE IT FROM THERE
I set everything up.
The pilot starts with onboarding. The first week or two may focus on getting accounts, access, and event details in place—all included in the monthly fee. I’ll guide the setup, and campaigns begin as everything is ready and approved.
03 / I KEEP IT MOVING
Stay in the loop.
You approve the ads and budget before launch. I handle the day-to-day work, flag anything that needs a decision, and keep campaign activity and spending available to review.
The details, whenever you want them +
I’ll keep a record of what ran, spending, event-page visits, direction taps, and what I recommend next. The regular update will be short; the supporting detail is available to review anytime, and I’m here to talk it through. We’ll agree what success looks like before launch. Clicks show interest, but attendance and vendor feedback help us judge what’s happening at the event.
You stay in charge. I stay hands-on.
I personally review every ad before it comes to you, and you approve what runs. AI helps me with research, drafts, and reporting behind the scenes. Your event keeps its real people, real photos, and own voice.
There’s no pressure to take this on. If now isn’t the right time, that’s completely okay. I’m offering because I think it could help, and you should only move forward if it feels right for you.
If you’re interested, just reply to my email and we’ll take it from there.
